Per our Official Rules, once each psh Grand Prize sweepstakes experience has closed, a potential winner is randomly drawn via a cryptographically secure random number generator. Once the random drawing process has been conducted, our team then completes the winner confirmation process as described in Section 10 of the Official Rules, “Confirmation and Verification of Potential Winners”.

A Psh representative will notify the potential winner via email. Potential winners have 24 hours to respond to our team’s initial email. For potential Grand Prize winners, our team may also follow up with a scheduled video call as well. Once a potential winner has replied to our team’s initial email, they’re then required to sign paperwork sent to them by our Winner Experience Team directly as a part of the winner confirmation process.

The potential winner (and where applicable, any guest(s) of the potential winner) must accurately complete and timely return include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and/or any other documentation Per Section 10 of our [Official Rules], the paperwork may include an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and/or any other documentation (for instance health and safety forms, including any vaccination attestations, including providing proof of the same in a format determined by the Sponsor, Psh, in its sole discretion) necessary to confirm and verify a potential winner’s eligibility. This may vary based on prize and potential winner’s place of residence. The Winner Experience Team requests that the paperwork is returned within 48 hours or within the time frame provided by the team. If the potential winner does not execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by Psh, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Psh will move on to another randomly drawn potential winner.

Additionally, except where legally prohibited, Psh reserves the right to conduct background checks on a potential winner and any guests of the potential winner, where applicable. You can learn more in Section 10B of the Official Rules. 

Our team contacts potential winners via email and when we’re able, we’ll follow up with a scheduled video call as well! Please note that these notifications would come directly from a member of our team’s personal work email (@pshmly.com), rather than from contact@pshmly.com. We never contact the winners of Grand Prizes and/or Secondary Prizes associated with sweepstakes or free draws operated on any of Psh’s websites through social media.

When a potential winner is contacted will vary with each sweepstakes experience. Per our Official Rules, once each pshmly.com Grand Prize sweepstakes experience has closed, a potential winner is randomly drawn via a cryptographically secure random number generator. These processes generally take around 10-14 business days but the exact length of time will vary by experience.

Once a winner has been confirmed, you’ll see that the estimated winner announcement time frame listed at the top of the closed experience page will change to a scheduled date!

To view the winner(s) for past sweepstakes experiences, you can check out the Past Winners page of our site. From there, you can opt to view closed experiences sorted by the month in which we announced the winner(s)! 

If you win an psh experience, our dedicated Winner Experience Team makes sure your experience is unforgettable. We manage any travel and accommodations as well as coordinate with the talent partner (when applicable), so you can just focus on having the time of your life!

We don’t contact the winners of Grand Prizes, Secondary Prizes and/or Sub-Prizes associated with sweepstakes or free draws operated on any of psh’s websites through social media. We always notify potential winners initially through email. From time to time, psh may operate sweepstakes directly through one of our social media accounts, in which case we’d reach out to winners through those platforms.

All of our official psh social media accounts are verified with a blue check mark. If you feel that you’ve been contacted by someone impersonating psh, please contact contact@pshmly.com and our team will investigate.

There is only one way to enter for a chance to win our sweepstakes experiences. 

It is by making a purchase on an experience page through the Psh platform. You’ll receive your delivery and your Entry code for each purchase into the associated sweepstakes experience. purchases are made through our site go directly.

In accordance with the terms of our sweepstakes, so long as the beneficiary/beneficiaries specified for each sweepstakes remain eligible to receive grants when the sweepstakes ends.

You should receive a transaction confirmation via email for each purchase you choose to make! If you’ve made a purchase and you haven’t received a transaction confirmation, try checking your spam and/or promotional folders just in case your email server has mistakenly marked the message as “junk”.

For experiences on Psh, the maximum number of entries allowed per person per single sweepstakes is 6,000. All entries are weighted equally in the random drawing process. 

It’s important to note that for some experiences (for example, the Dream House experiences), the maximum number of entries allowed per person may differ. It’s always important to check the applicable Official and Experience Rules, or reach out to contact@pshmly.com to confirm.
